How SMART are you goals??

This is one technique I’ve used consistently over the years in biz, personally, and with clients because it WORKS😁

🎯SPECIFIC your goal should be super clear. If someone else read it, they would know exactly what you will achieve and how. If your goal is not clear enough, it’s easy to drift away from it.

🎯MEASURABLE you need numbers to keep track of your progress. Set a specific benchmark that can be quantified. It’s hard to manage what you can’t measure

🎯ACHIEVABLE Your goals should be realistic for this year. Setting a goal you can realistically accomplish will help you stay motivated.

🎯RELEVANT setting goals for the upcoming year is great, however you want to sure they are in alignment with the life you want to build and your core values

🎯TIME-BOUND you need a deadline. A time to evaluate where you are. There’s nothing wrong if you have not gotten as far as you hoped by the deadline. Take the moment to be grateful for how far you’ve come and determine what steps do you need to take to get where you want to be.
